Fifth grade is a special year. Students enjoy team teaching, more autonomy, and several special field trips and activities--culminating in Senior Week and graduation. Fifth graders can participate in Student Council, Yearbook, Community Service, and other activities. There are lots of opportunities for participation and to develop leadership skills.  

Middle School Application Process 

Parent Coordinator Nadia Benlarbi and guidance counselor Sarah Green work proactively with parents and students to provide information and support regarding the middle school tour- and application process. They lead information sessions and panel discussions for parents and visit each fifth-grade class.

All Middle School information is posted on Konstella. Please check there regularly so you don’t miss any important announcements. School applications can be accessed at myschools.nyc. You will receive an account creation code to access your child’s application in October.
