PS 107’s Annual Math & Science Day, is now STEAM Day (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Math)! January 30th from 12-3 at PS 107!
This year’s theme is Physics! Physics is exciting because it encompasses so much cool stuff: flight, gravity, energy, machines, forces in motion, and more!
Come join us for workshops with homemade fruit batteries, paper airplane stunt pilots, virtual reality roller coasters, a giant bowling ball wave pendulum, robots and more!
If you would like to host a workshop, please drop a note now to Jill Simeone, firstname.lastname@example.org.
Be on the lookout for more details and ways that you can sign up to help.
PS 107’s annual event invites families into the school on a Saturday to experience engaging workshops and demonstrations about math and science. Students delight in learning and experimenting with new ideas. Each year there is a theme; past themes have included: Architecture and Engineering, Chemistry, The Body, Animals & Science, Food & Science, and Environment & Conservation. To learn more or to volunteer, please log on to the Math & Science Committee page on Konstella.
